Eco Club
Eco Clubs play an important role in creating environmental awareness amoungst the future generation. The main objectives of ECO CLUB are :
• To educate the students about their environment.
• To create a clean and green consciousness among students through various innovative methods.
• To mobilize students towards scientific enquiry into environmental problem.
• To motivate students how to imbibe habits and life style for minimum waste generation. Activities for [2014]

• Awareness campaigns on "Clean Delhi, Green Delhi"

• Litter clean up of garden and open space (inside school)
• Compositing
• Vanmahotsava celebration

• Segregation of waste [biodegradable and non-biodegradable]
• Earth Hour celebration
• Organize seminars, debates, lectures and popular talks on environmenttal issues in the school.
• Campaign against banned carry bags, use of loud speakers, banned fire works
• Field visit to environmentally important sites including polluted and degraded sites, wildlife parks, etc.
• Organize rallies, marches, human chains and street theatre at public places with a view to spread environmental awarness.
• Action based activities like tree plantation, cleanliness dirives both within and out side the school campus.
